Therapy is one way to help make sense of our lives. During a session, we will discuss your concerns, make a plan on how to work on them and get motivated to make the needed changes. Each session is tailored to what you want to discuss and what you need to release. After a session, you will have a better understanding of your internal workings and ways to appropriately respond to your environment.

I earned my Masters degree in Counseling from Indiana University in 1998 and my Licensed Mental Health Counselor accreditation in 2001. I have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults whose concerns range from having severe personality disorders to life adjustment challenges. I look forward to getting to know you and helping you understand the world and yourself better.
